By using the Platform, you agree to abide by the following terms of use:
squid44 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following verified payment channels: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online transfer, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and supported cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, Litecoin).
The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for most payment methods and a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment instrument held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts, including those held by family members or business associates, are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
squid44 does not charge deposit fees. However, you acknowledge that your bank or payment service provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which squid44 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) full KYC verification of your Account; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds having been met; and (c) no outstanding compliance review on your Account.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. squid44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
The above processing times are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur as a result of payment partner processing times, compliance review procedures, or circumstances beyond squid44's reasonable control. squid44 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, squid44 reserves the right to void the affected bets, recalculate outcomes based on correct data, or settle markets in accordance with applicable sporting results where technically feasible.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
squid44 is required to verify the identity of all Members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and may be required at any point during Account usage at squid44's discretion.
Accepted identification documents include: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Malaysian Driver's Licence, or valid international Passport. Proof of address must be a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months, clearly showing your full name and Malaysian residential address.
squid44 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Standard verification is completed within 24–48 hours of all required documents being submitted in the correct format.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit squid44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Upon termination, any real-money balance in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to any applicable deductions for fees or outstanding liabilities.
